Velocity Labs provides AI-powered business intelligence tools including financial calculators, growth playbook generation, competitor analysis, and marketing copy generation. Our tools use artificial intelligence to process your inputs and generate outputs.

We strive to provide accurate and useful results, but AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Our tools are designed to assist your decision-making, not replace professional advice.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

You agree not to use our services to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights; attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate our AI models or proprietary systems; overwhelm our infrastructure with automated requests beyond normal usage; resell or redistribute our tools or outputs without authorization; or misrepresent AI-generated outputs as professional advice.

The Velocity Labs platform, branding, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any data you input into our tools. Outputs generated by our AI tools based on your inputs are licensed to you for your personal and commercial use.

You may not claim that AI-generated outputs are human-authored in contexts where such a distinction is legally or ethically required.

Free tier features are available at no cost. Pro features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for subscription payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no partial or full refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

Velocity Labs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

The outputs generated by our tools — including financial projections, competitive analyses, and marketing copy — are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or professional business advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making significant business decisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
