What we do with your information.

We collect the information you give us when you book a call, subscribe to our newsletter, or hire us. We use it only to do the work you've asked us to do. We never sell it. We never share it with anyone unless we have to (a legal request, or a vendor we use to run the business — listed below).

Plain English: if you wouldn't want us doing it with your data, we don't do it.

Information you give us directly when you book a call or contact us:

• Name and business name
• Email address and phone number
• Anything you tell us about your work or what's slowing you down

Information we collect automatically when you visit this site:

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamp)
• Anonymized analytics via Vercel Analytics — no personally identifying information, no cookies, no cross-site tracking

Once you become a client, we may also collect business information needed to do the work — process documentation, tool inventories, sample workflows, and so on. We sign an NDA before reviewing any of it.

We use your information to:

• Schedule and run your discovery call
• Send the audit report, training materials, or deliverables you've paid for
• Send invoices and receipts
• Answer your questions and provide ongoing support
• Send newsletter emails — only if you opted in on the Guides page

We don't use your information for advertising, retargeting, or any form of behavioral profiling.

We share information only with vendors that help us run the business. We pick them carefully. As of the date below, that's:

• Calendly — for booking discovery calls. Receives your name and email when you schedule.
• Resend — for sending transactional and newsletter email. Stores your email address.
• Vercel — hosts this website. Receives standard server-log data (IP, request).

We will share your information with law enforcement only if legally required (a subpoena or court order). If we ever sell the business, your information would transfer to the new owner, who would be bound by this same policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Ever.

You can ask us to:

• Show you what data we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your data entirely (we'll keep tax records as required by law)
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter (one-click link in every email)

We use the same security tools banks use. Our vendors (Calendly, Resend, Vercel) are SOC 2 Type II compliant. We use long, unique passwords stored in a password manager and require multi-factor authentication on every account.

No system is 100% secure. If something ever goes wrong, we'll tell you about it within 72 hours.

This site isn't aimed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think your child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

We'll update this page if anything material changes. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Significant changes — new vendors, new data uses — will also be announced to existing clients by email.
