Process

From confused to confident, in six weeks.

Here's exactly how it goes — week by week, what we need from you, and what you walk away with. No surprises. No fine print.

01
Week 1

Discovery call

Thirty minutes on the phone (or Zoom, your pick). You tell us what your team does every day, what's slow, and what you've been hearing about AI. We listen. We ask questions. We don't sell.

What we need from you

  • 30 minutes of your time
  • No prep, no slides, no homework

What you walk away with

  • Honest read on whether we're a fit
  • If yes — a one-page proposal within 3 days
  • If no — a recommendation for who might be
02
Weeks 2 – 3

Process audit

We embed with your team for one to two weeks. We watch how the work really happens — not how it's supposed to happen. Then we send you a one-page written audit: every repetitive task, ranked tool recommendations, and the order to roll them out in.

What we need from you

  • Access to your tools (read-only is fine)
  • Quick intros to 2–3 team members
  • An NDA, if you'd like — we'll sign first

What you walk away with

  • One-page audit report
  • Ranked list of tools worth your money
  • Ranked list of tools to skip — with reasons
  • 1-hour debrief with your leadership
03
Weeks 4 – 6

Training & rollout

We come to your office (or run remote sessions) and teach your team to use the recommended tools — confidently, safely, and with your real work, not toy examples. If a custom tool needs building, we build it for a fixed price.

What we need from you

  • 2–4 hours of your team's time, total
  • A point person to coordinate sessions

What you walk away with

  • Live, hands-on training sessions
  • Custom workflow guides for your business
  • Plain-English reference docs
  • 30 days of follow-up email support

Stay on your team

AI changes fast. We watch the space so you don't have to. Every quarter we send a short update — new tools worth looking at, ones to skip, anything that changes for your industry. When you have a question, you pick up the phone.

What we need from you

  • Pick up the phone when you need us

What you walk away with

  • Quarterly check-ins on your AI roadmap
  • Direct line to a real human (no ticket queue)
  • First look at new tools relevant to your work
What people worry about

The honest answers most agencies won't give.

What if my team is too busy right now?

We plan around your work — not the other way around. Most teams give us 2–4 hours total during the training weeks. We can pause and resume the audit too if you hit a busy season.

What if I don't like the audit results?

Then the audit did exactly what you paid for — told you the truth. The audit fee is non-refundable, but it's deliberately the cheapest first step. If the answer is 'AI won't help your business much right now,' that's still useful — and you've saved yourself a much bigger spend.

Can I skip the audit and go straight to training?

Sometimes — if you already know which tools you need help with. We'll tell you on the discovery call whether you can skip ahead.

What if my problems aren't actually AI problems?

We'll say so. Sometimes the answer is hiring a part-time person, fixing your phone routing, or just turning off a notification. We won't sell you AI you don't need.

Tell us about your work. We'll show you where AI fits.

Book a call. We listen for 30 minutes, then send you a one-page audit with the AI tools worth your time — and the ones to skip. No pitch deck. No homework. Promise.
