All purchases made through Velocity Labs are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription payments, including monthly or annual plans.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

Velocity Labs offers free tools that you can use at no cost before upgrading. We encourage you to take full advantage of the free tier to evaluate our platform before committing to a paid subscription.

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions), please contact us at support@getvelocitylabs.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review your case and resolve any legitimate billing errors.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
